ZAKA Spokesperson: 3 Killed in a Severe Shooting Attack This Morning on Highway 55 Near Kedumim

At 9:18 AM, a call was received at the ZAKA emergency center (1220) about two armed terrorists who opened fire at a bus and two private vehicles. MDA teams that arrived at the scene were forced to confirm the deaths of two women and one man who were killed in the attack.

The teams also provided medical treatment to six others who were injured, some in serious condition. Security and rescue forces are on the scene and working to treat the wounded and provide initial assistance. IDF forces are conducting searches for the terrorists who fled the scene.

Chaim Wengarten, Deputy Director of Operations at ZAKA: “This is a difficult and shocking event with three fatalities and six additional wounded. ZAKA teams from the Samaria region are on their way to the scene to handle the bodies and the difficult findings. We extend our deepest condolences to the families of the victims and wish a full and speedy recovery to the wounded.”
