ZAKA. Ready for whatever tomorrow brings…

This year on the 7th of Adar

we will all join ZAKA’s Jewish Heroes!

Thousands of ZAKA volunteers always stand ready, saving lives and upholding K’vod HaMet wherever and whenever disaster strikes.

ZAKA’s volunteers are the Jewish Heroes who were there on that terrible night at Meron,

honoring the dead in the Jewish way of our fathers.

K’vod HaMet, honoring the dead, is a critical mitzvah, but many of us are not able to observe it personally. For most of us, this mitzvah is too great or too dreadful a challenge. But the Heroes of ZAKA, always willing and unafraid, do it for us, every day of the year.

And we, just as the wealthy Zebulun supports his brother Issachar the scholar, can partake in their mitzvah by offering a gift!

We deeply value your friendship and ask you to join us on the 7th of Adar!

This year, honor the dead of Meron by donating to the Heroes of ZAKA on their special day – the 7th of Adar, the anniversary of the death of Moshe Rabbeinu!
ZAKA’s Jewish Heroes remember Moshe Rabbeinu as one of their own, the first of our nation to observe K’vod HaMet – by taking the bones of Joseph with him from Egypt, for burial in the promised land:

Every year on the 7th of Adar the Heroes of ZAKA fast and pray, remember the dead they had honored, and ask their forgiveness.
This year they will remember the 45 victims of the terrible Meron disaster.

This year especially, on the 7th of Adar, you too can join our Jewish Heroes in remembering the victims of Meron and performing the vital mitzvah of K’vod HaMet – by donating to ZAKA!

With every donation given from the heart you join the followers of our most exalted prophet Moses:
